My name is Brad Edwards, I’m a newsman at CBS Chicago (WBBM-TV), adjunct professor at Columbia College of Chicago, and a union steward for SAG-AFTRA.

What I Do.

I document reality.

Where I Live.

I currently reside in Chicago’s River North neighborhood.

Why I Beard.

I believe there’s a real and reliable relatability in the beard — an every-man. I love its look, its feel, but moreover, its sentiment. I mean, the greatest men in the world are — arguably — Jesus Christ and Abraham Lincoln, and they had a thing in common.
