How it Works

Each order purchased directly from Beardbrand comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you don’t love the Beardbrand products you ordered, we’ll take care of you.

• We offer full refunds (including shipping) as long as our payment processor allows it (usually up to 120 days from the date of purchase).
• After 120 days, we can do a refund as store credit.
• Swaps are always free (net the difference in product costs).
